BorderCover Atlas has no account creation, advertising pixels, analytics scripts or third-party form endpoints in this release.
What happens when you check coverage?
Your insurer selection, destination and trip-day calculation are processed in your browser using a static data file downloaded from the site. We do not intentionally submit these selections to a database or collect them through an application form. Completed checklist tick boxes stay in the current browser tab and are not saved to local storage.
What happens when you share?
The optional Share action creates a link containing your chosen market, insurer, tier, destination, trip days and days previously used. Anyone with that link can read those selections. When opened, a link also sends its URL to the website host in the normal course of a web request; do not share it if that information is sensitive.
What about hosting logs?
Cloudflare, which delivers this static website, may process IP addresses, user agents, request URLs and ordinary security and delivery logs under its own services and privacy terms. Those systems are separate from the tool’s in-browser calculation.
External insurer links
Opening a cited external website takes you to that organisation, which may have its own cookies, analytics and privacy practices. BorderCover Atlas does not control those external sites.
Contact and requests
No support or correction inbox has been configured for this version. For binding policy questions contact your actual insurer. For a dataset correction, maintainers can amend the source-backed JSON and republish a reviewed version.
